Coaching is different from mentoring, consulting, or therapy. It is a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, shift unhelpful patterns, and take intentional steps forward. It's about helping you increase your self-awareness and help you find creative solutions to issues or barriers holding you back. My role as your coach is to guide and support, recognising that you're the expert in your own life, I provide the skills to help you uncover and pursue your goals, overcome limiting beliefs and step into your full potential.

Mentoring is about learning from someone else's path, usually someone in a similar field, in a more senior position. They share advice based on their experience. Coaching is about unlocking your own potential. As a coach, I ask the right questions, challenge your assumptions, and guide you to uncover what's holding you back so you can move forward in a way that fits you.

Yes, and that's the key difference. Everything I do is grounded in practical tools and strategies, not abstract concepts. In a workshop, that means your team will walk away with frameworks they can apply to everyday challenges. In 1-on-1 coaching, it means you'll leave each session with tailored, actionable steps. Before becoming a coach, I spent a decade in the construction industry as an engineer and project manager. I know the pressure of deadlines, client expectations, and complex projects. That's why everything I offer is built for people who need practical, real-world support to start implementing straight away.

Not at all. Most of the work I do is with mid-level professionals and team leads, the crucial middle layer of a business where responsibility is high, but support is often limited. And you don't need to have all the answers before starting, many clients begin because they're at a crossroads, unsure what's next and looking for clarity.
